A House-Hunting Expedition In Tallahassee, Florida

While on a house-hunting expedition with my Tallahassee, Florida realtor, I was enchanted by the spring bouquet of housing options she showed me that were currently available for sale around Leon County.

Each home on our tour had the qualities that sit high on the list of importance to any homebuyer when looking for a new home, where their future life will unfold.

But the home that I fell in love with, was an elegant, sprawling southern cottage style. The charming and inviting setting would be perfect for entertaining family and friends.

While passing through the butler's pantry that was strategically positioned as a transitional space between the formal dining room and the big sun-dappled kitchen, something clicked.

Tucked away on the northeast side of town in an area that was once part of a plantation, I found the house in my dreams.

"Make an offer," a voice whispered deep in my spirit.

Beach Mansion Near Tallahassee

The gulf crashed against the snow-white sands of the north Florida shore flinging shells, seaweed and puzzling relics onto the sandy grains behind the beach mansion that was for sale.

Lodged into the sand was something mysterious.

"What is it," my realtor asked.

Scrunching down, I removed the drapery of seaweed as I imagined the adventure that could be mine if I chose to buy this waterfront home within an hours drive of my office in Tallahassee.

Weekend House Hunting In Tallahassee

My weekend house-hunting expedition was an experience that transported my mind, emotions and senses to enchanting heights.

I was shopping for a home in Tallahassee, Florida.

The first home I visited with my realtor stirred memories of Mama's sunflowers. It was a home with a charming cottage garden and an outdoor dining alcove tucked away under a canopy of moss-draped trees.

The second home, a pampering retreat, left me yearning to climb into a frothy and luxurious, steamy bubble bath in the exquisite imported marble tub of the master bedroom suite.

But it was the third home, that most captured my heart with its treehouse perched high in an old oak. (at this point the article would link to your website)

Rustic Weekend Retreat Near Tallahassee

A lone kayaker paddled along the gentle waves while gulls flew overhead.

My imagination drifted along an enchanting channel as I pictured my life unfolding along this cypress-lined north Florida waterway.

This setting- this splendid piece of rustic river front property could be mine. It would not be on the market long, especially at the price that the owner was asking.

"So what do you think," my Tallahassee realtor asked.

"It is the perfect fisherman's hide-a-way. I can imagine waking on the sleeping porch to the sweet serenades of wintering birds. Yes, this would be an ideal weekend retreat. So close to Tallahassee, yet worlds away. Let's go back to your office and draw up an offer."

Northeast Tallahassee Real Estate Jaunt

(Here is a sample blog posting that could be done for a Tallahassee real estate agent.)

It was a golden spring day that would long be remembered.

We arrived at the Tallahassee, Florida airport with one mission in mind. Our mission was to buy a home.

The realtor, that we had been talking with by e-mail and by telephone, held up a welcome sign with our name.

During the next several hours we jaunted to real estate properties in several northeast Leon County communities. In the neighborhoods of Bobbin Mill, Golden Eagle, Summer Brooke and High Grove we imagined what our future might look like in this wonderful charming north Florida town, where southern hospitality reigns with rays of luminosity, like the warm sunshine of the region.

On the last stop of our tour, we found the house of our dreams. Imagine the sumptuousness of a Southern Plantation... (at this point the article would link to your website)

Welcome To The Story Bank

Welcome to The Story Bank- a place where select stories written by Kathi Dameron and Associates will be posted for invited guests to peruse.

The Story Bank is something extra that I came up with as an added service for you. While most of the writing projects that I do for clients are custom, I thought it would be helpful to have a story bank with some pre-written pieces available for immediate hyperlinking and submission.

How does it work?

When you select a story, you become the exclusive company being hyperlinked in that particular story.

As the exclusive company, the benefits are many. From improved Internet rankings to driving more traffic to your website.

Once I add your hyperlink to the story, I will syndicate it over the Internet. As an extra bonus, I will post the hyperlinked article on one of my niche-targeted blogs. Because of the nature of syndication, the article can be read, e-mailed, and published any number of times. On one of my favorite submission sites, my posted articles have been viewed almost 12,000 times to date, and that number continues to grow daily.

When a reader clicks on the link, they will be redirected to your website.

Essentially there is no extra work for you, except to answer the phone and sell more property!

Be smart! Grab that article before someone else does!

But not to worry, if you don't see any available stories here today... you can pick and choose exactly what you want at the menu of services!

Not familiar with my unique style of writing? My writing is showing up more and more places these days! From my regular newspaper column to magazines to several internet sites.
